Mixed Feelings About This Stay

I must say, I'm a bit let down. The room, a Cosy Room, felt much smaller than I had anticipated. there wasn't a safe, so I worried about my valuables. The stair access was a problem. I could go down the stairs, but I wasn't able to go up.

I was disappointed with the lack of parking. I reserved parking two weeks prior to arrival, but was told it was unavailable upon arrival. the bathroom felt dated. The toilet kept running after each flush, annoying. Breakfast was only OK, mainly consisting of pre-packaged items.

I was very pleased with my large room (especially the cleanliness). The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations for local dining. The breakfast buffet offered great choices, including fresh pastries and a selection of cheeses and meats.
The absence of a mini-fridge in the room was a minor inconvenience. (I could have used it for some beverages).

The staff provided quick responses to requests, and the evening bartender made excellent cocktails. They also were very helpful in providing directions to nearby public transport.

The hotel is a short walk to the ubahn station (green 4 line) giving easy access to the city center. Plenty of restaurants and cafes surround the area.

The location was advantageous. It was a short walk to public transportation. The check-in staff (I spoke with) were helpful and friendly, which i appreciated.
The air conditioner was not in use . I was told to open the window instead (my room faced a busy street). The noise made sleep difficult.
